Annual General Meeting of SARRM Members for November 29, 2024, 3:00 p.m. To the SARRM General Assembly are invited all full members of SARRM who have paid by November 1, 2024, inclusive, the membership fee for the current year (according to the decision of the SARRM Senate, dated September 4), having the following

2. SARRM activity report 2022-2024, Severin Ghenadie
3. Election of the SARRM administrative director/administrator, for the period 2025-2027
4. Election of members of the SARRM Senate, for the period 2025-2027
5. Election of the SARRM Censor, for the period 2025-2027
Regarding the conduct of the Administrator, Senate and Director Censor elections, we remind you that:
General Assembly
The General Assembly is deliberative only if it is attended by more than half of its members or delegates (at least 50%+1). Decisions are adopted by a simple majority vote of those present. Each full member of the SARRM holds a single vote. A member of the Association can represent by delegation a maximum of 2 other members of the Association in the General Assembly. No member of the Association can hold more than 3 ballots (his own and 2 of the represented members).
Administrator Elections
The association is administered by the administrator, who is a natural person appointed by the General Assembly for a 3-year term, through elections. Each titular member can propose his own candidacy or that of another titular member of the Association to be put on the ballot for the position of administrator. The candidacy proposal will be made in writing to the first email (sar_moldova@yahoo.com) until 08.11.2024 inclusive.
Elections of members of the Senate
Each titular member can propose his own candidacy or that of another titular member of the Association to be included in the ballot; the candidate must be a full member of the Association for at least 4 years, without interruption. The candidacy proposal will be made in writing by email until 08.11.2024 inclusive (sar_moldova@yahoo.com).
Censor member elections
To exercise control over the management of the Association and the activity of the administrator, the General Assembly appoints the Censor, who is elected by the General Assembly for a 3-year term. Each titular member can propose his own candidacy or that of another titular member of the Association to be included in the ballot; the candidate must be a full member of the Association for at least 4 years, without interruption. The candidacy proposal will be made in writing by email until 08.11.2024 inclusive (sar_moldova@yahoo.com).
