For the percentage designation in favor of the Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimatology of the Republic of Moldova, the individual must submit the Income Tax Declaration by April 30, and indicate in section M1 the fiscal code of the Society: 1017620002953
During the January-April period, individuals can designate 2% of the amount of income tax calculated and paid to the budget for the previous year in favor of an eligible beneficiary (NGO or religious denominations and their component parts).
The Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimatology of the Republic of Moldova (SARRM) is included under no. 246 in the List of associations, foundations, private institutions beneficiaries of the percentage designation as of 26.12.2023, prepared by the Public Services Agency and placed on its website (https://www.asp.gov.md/.../Lista-asociatiilor-funda%C5...), In order to designate 2% of the amount of income tax calculated and paid to the budget for the previous year, the individual must complete the following steps:
1. Complete and submit to the Territorial Tax Office - the Declaration of the individual on income tax (either on paper or in electronic format) no later than April 30;
2. In the Optional information section: - in row M1 indicate the SARRM Fiscal Code: 1017620002953
